Dine Brands, a multinational food and beverage company, is one of the largest full-service restaurant conglomerates in the world. After an extensive rebranding process and new leadership, the Dine Brands team saw an opportunity to better represent the parent company's culture through an updated corporate site.
To better connect and engage with its consumers, Dine Brands partnered with iCrossing to transform dinebrands.com into a modern experience for Dine Brands audiences. The goal was to cast Dine Brands as a dynamic holding company whose resources are focused on supporting each restaurant brand’s success by improving discoverability, increasing engagement, and improving the overall digital experience.
iCrossing created an insights-driven strategy focused on three goals: improving the discoverability of the site, improving the overall experience for each audience, and increasing engagement.
We began by updating and modernizing the site navigation to improve the user experience. Next, we focused on increasing engagement across the main site pages, including the homepage, newsrooms, ESG, careers, and investors pages, crafting a unique experience for each page’s audience. Finally, we built a site infrastructure that could accommodate future changes to the Dine Brands portfolio.
